05

Information you make public

Public profiles, usernames, profile photos, biographies, links, products, services, availability, music releases, cover art, prices, social accounts, and any contact information you choose to show may be visible worldwide. Search engines and third parties may index, copy, screenshot, archive, or share it.

Removing content from HollaLink may not remove copies already saved or shared by others. Review your profile before publishing and avoid posting sensitive personal information.

06

When information may be shared

We may share information with:

  • service providers that host data, store files, send email, process payments, provide analytics, support AI features, prevent fraud, or maintain infrastructure;
  • buyers, sellers, and service providers when needed to complete an order, booking, delivery, refund, or dispute;
  • connected services at your direction, such as login, payment, domain, social, or embedded-content providers;
  • professional advisers such as accountants, insurers, auditors, and lawyers under appropriate obligations;
  • government authorities or other parties when reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, safety obligations, or rights enforcement; and
  • a successor organization in connection with a merger, financing, reorganization, acquisition, bankruptcy, or sale of assets.

HollaLink does not sell personal information for cash. We may use vendors and analytics services that process limited information on our behalf. Depending on your location and how a vendor operates, applicable law may provide additional opt-out rights.

07

Cookies, local storage, and analytics

HollaLink may use cookies, sessions, pixels, local storage, logs, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, preserve preferences, protect forms, remember settings, measure traffic, count profile views and clicks, detect abuse, and improve the service.

Browser settings may allow you to block or delete cookies. Some HollaLink features may not function correctly when essential cookies or storage are disabled.

08

Payments and connected accounts

Payment providers may collect legal name, business information, date of birth, tax information, bank details, identity documents, card data, transaction information, and fraud signals. That information is processed under the provider's privacy policy and legal obligations.

HollaLink may receive limited status information, such as whether onboarding is complete, payouts are enabled, a payment succeeded, or a dispute was opened. We do not control a provider's verification, retention, or disclosure practices.

09

Data retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain accounts, complete transactions, enforce agreements, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, meet tax and accounting requirements, protect legal rights, and comply with law.

Retention periods vary by data type. Public content may be deleted when you remove it or close an account, while transaction, security, backup, copyright, and legal records may be kept longer. Backup copies may take time to expire.

10

Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, such as access controls, password hashing, secure connections, logging, provider security tools, and limited employee or contractor access where appropriate.

No internet service, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Use a strong unique password, protect your connected email and payment accounts, and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.

11

Your choices and privacy rights

You may be able to:

  • edit profile, account, store, booking, music, and visibility settings;
  • disconnect certain third-party services;
  • remove content, disable downloads, or make features inactive;
  • request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of certain information; and
  • object to or restrict certain processing where applicable law provides that right.

Submit requests through the Contact page or email support@hollalink.com. We may need to verify your identity. We may deny or limit a request where permitted by law, including to protect other users, preserve transaction records, prevent fraud, or comply with legal obligations.

12

Children's privacy

HollaLink is not directed to children under 13, and children under 13 may not create accounts or submit personal information. If we learn that we collected personal information from a child under 13 without legally sufficient permission, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

Parents or guardians who believe a child submitted information should contact us. Users between 13 and the age of legal majority should use HollaLink only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

13
