LEGAL

Terms of
Service

These Terms explain the rules for creating profiles, publishing music, selling products, accepting bookings, using AI tools, and using HollaLink tap products.

Effective date July 20, 2026 Read these Terms before using HollaLink.
01

Acceptance of these Terms

By visiting, creating an account, uploading content, purchasing a product, or otherwise using HollaLink, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. “HollaLink,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to HollaLink and its operator.

02

Eligibility and age requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to use HollaLink. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and approve your use. You may not use HollaLink if applicable law prohibits you from receiving the service.

03

Accounts and security

  • Provide accurate information and keep it current.
  • Keep your password, connected login, email account, and devices secure.
  • You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by HollaLink.
  • Notify us promptly if you believe your account or connected payment account has been compromised.
  • Do not sell, transfer, impersonate, or create an account for another person without authorization.
04

What HollaLink does—and does not do

HollaLink provides profile, link, design, store, booking, music, analytics, QR, custom-domain, and NFC tools. HollaLink is not the creator, seller, service provider, record label, music publisher, performing-rights organization, talent agency, bank, tax adviser, or legal adviser for user content or transactions.

Unless a checkout page clearly says otherwise, sellers and service providers are independent businesses responsible for their offers, descriptions, pricing, taxes, delivery, appointments, customer service, licenses, promises, refunds, and legal compliance.

05

User content and the license needed to operate HollaLink

You keep ownership of content you upload or publish. You give HollaLink a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, cache, reproduce, format, transcode, display, perform, distribute, and make your content available only as reasonably needed to operate, secure, improve, promote, and provide the features you choose.

You represent that you own your content or have every permission and license needed for HollaLink and its service providers to use it as described. You are responsible for your profile text, links, images, videos, products, music, cover art, names, logos, trademarks, reviews, and communications.

Public means public. Information placed on a public profile may be viewed, copied, shared, indexed, or saved by other people.
06

Music Hub: only upload music you have the right to use

Before uploading a single, album, preview, downloadable file, cover image, video, or metadata, you must own or have written permission for every right involved. This includes, when applicable:

  • the sound recording or master;
  • the underlying musical composition and lyrics;
  • beats, instrumentals, samples, interpolations, remixes, and cover songs;
  • performer, producer, songwriter, featured-artist, label, and publisher permissions;
  • cover art, photographs, logos, stage names, trademarks, and likeness rights; and
  • the right to stream, preview, sell, distribute, or offer the file as a free download.

Buying or downloading a beat, sample, image, or song does not automatically give you commercial distribution rights. You must review the actual license. Do not upload leaked music, unauthorized remixes, stolen beats, uncleared samples, impersonations, or content that falsely identifies an artist or rights owner.

HollaLink does not verify ownership before every upload and does not collect or pay publishing, mechanical, performance, neighboring-rights, or other royalties for you. You are responsible for licenses, splits, royalty payments, registrations, reporting, and disputes. We may limit previews, disable downloads, remove a release, preserve relevant records, or suspend an account when rights are disputed.

07

AI tools and generated suggestions

HollaLink may offer AI-assisted descriptions, profile text, designs, recommendations, or other generated output. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, similar to other output, or unsuitable for your situation. You must review, edit, and verify it before publishing. You are responsible for ensuring that AI-assisted content is truthful, lawful, non-infringing, and appropriate for your audience.

Do not submit confidential information, trade secrets, private customer data, health information, payment-card data, or content you do not have permission to process through an AI feature.

08

Products, services, bookings, and customer obligations

  • Descriptions, images, prices, availability, delivery times, locations, and refund terms must be accurate.
  • You must honor confirmed orders and bookings or provide lawful remedies to customers.
  • You are responsible for inventory, shipping, digital delivery, appointment safety, cancellations, and support.
  • You must obtain required permits, licenses, insurance, consents, and tax registrations.
  • You may not offer regulated, dangerous, counterfeit, stolen, fraudulent, or illegal goods or services.

Customer disputes are primarily between the buyer and the seller or service provider. HollaLink may assist, investigate, preserve records, restrict payouts where supported by a provider, or remove listings, but does not guarantee the result of a transaction.

09

Payments, subscriptions, fees, refunds, and taxes

Payments and payouts may be handled by third-party providers such as Stripe, PayPal, banks, or connected-account services. Their terms, identity checks, reserves, holds, chargeback rules, and prohibited-business rules also apply. HollaLink does not control a provider's approval, payout timing, account restrictions, or reversal decisions.

Paid HollaLink plans may renew automatically until canceled. Current pricing and plan features are shown at checkout or in your account. We may change pricing or features with reasonable notice when required. Refund eligibility is governed by the separate Refund Policy and applicable law.

Sellers are responsible for determining, collecting, reporting, and paying taxes associated with their sales, income, products, services, and workers.

10

Prohibited use

You may not use HollaLink to:

  • break the law, facilitate fraud, evade sanctions, launder money, or deceive users;
  • infringe copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, contract, or other rights;
  • upload malware, scrape without permission, probe security, bypass limits, or disrupt the service;
  • harass, threaten, exploit, dox, impersonate, or publish intimate content without consent;
  • sell counterfeit, stolen, unsafe, prohibited, or improperly regulated items or services;
  • send spam, manipulate analytics, create fake engagement, or misrepresent endorsements;
  • use HollaLink to sexually exploit minors or collect information from children unlawfully; or
  • use another person's payment account, identity, music, content, or business credentials without permission.
12

Content removal, suspension, and termination

We may investigate, restrict, remove, disable, preserve, or disclose content and may suspend or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, comply with law or provider requirements, respond to rights complaints, prevent harm, or secure HollaLink.

You may stop using HollaLink and request account deletion. Some information may remain where needed for security, fraud prevention, transaction records, disputes, backups, legal obligations, or the rights of other users.

13

Service and warranty disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HollaLink is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, permanent storage, specific sales, bookings, audience growth, search ranking, compatibility with every device, or that AI output, analytics, previews, links, QR codes, NFC products, or third-party services will always be accurate or available.

Back up important content and business records. Third-party websites, embeds, payment providers, domains, cloud storage, app stores, and connected services are controlled by their own operators.

14

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HollaLink and its operator, affiliates, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, opportunities, customers, music rights, or business interruption arising from or related to the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability for all claims relating to HollaLink will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid HollaLink during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or US $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

15

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless HollaLink and its operator, affiliates, personnel, contractors, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, judgments, costs, and reasonable legal fees arising from your content, products, services, music, transactions, tax obligations, breach of these Terms, violation of law, or infringement of another person's rights.

16

Changes, governing law, and contact

We may update these Terms as HollaLink changes. The updated date will appear above. Material changes may also be announced through the service or by email when appropriate. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where another law must apply. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us and attempt an informal resolution. Any dispute not resolved informally will be brought in a court with lawful jurisdiction in New Jersey, unless applicable law requires another forum.

If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your account or these Terms without permission. HollaLink may assign these Terms as part of a merger, sale, financing, reorganization, or transfer of the service.
